Alchohol Agreement
Events that serve alcohol must be considered by the WCC Board on a case-by-case basis and are required to provide proof of liability coverage that names the WCC as additionally insured. No alcohol is to be consumed outside the building or anywhere else on the premises.________________________________________________ has been approved to hold an event

An OLCC licensed, insured server is required for all events with alcoholic beverages. A copy of the server’s OLCC license must be received by the WCC at least 7 days prior to the event. The user/renter will be responsible for any costs associated with the service of alcohol.

I agree to the conditions of this Alcohol Agreement policy. I will not allow any alcohol on the premises unless I have a licensed, insured server; I agree to accept responsibility for enforcing all policies during the period of this reservation, to complete the building cleanup, and return the key with the completed Closing Checklist within 48 hours of the event.
